We believe in forming partnerships. We also believe that people do business with people that believe the same things as they do. When a homeowner decides which contractor to hire and when a contractor decides which homeowner to build for, they do so because at some level they believe the same things. Generally this means that they agree on the scope of work and the lump sum price that has been proposed. Those are essential aspects to agree on, but we believe our relationships with our clients go deeper than that.

Most of our projects require permitting. We are familiar with HARB (St. Augustine historical architecture review board), St. Johns County, STA Beach, Jax Beach, Duval, Palm Coast, and other surrounding municipalities.
Prior to any project beginning we will use our past experience and expertise to create an expected budget cost. This will give you a guided expectation on milestones, schedule and cost.
Prior to getting the permit in hand we will begin to determine subcontractors, materials, lead time items and schedule. We present you with various subs/materials we have worked with and their costs. We will discuss pros and cons of each option and select the ones that our best for your vision.
