We believe in forming partnerships
We believe in forming partnerships. We also believe that people do business with people that believe the same things as they do. When a homeowner decides which contractor to hire and when a contractor decides which homeowner to build for, they do so because at some level they believe the same things. Generally this means that they agree on the scope of work and the lump sum price that has been proposed. Those are essential aspects to agree on, but we believe our relationships with our clients go deeper than that.
Some of our Beliefs
- We believe it is the contractor's responsibility to advocate and be the construction expert on behalf of the homeowner.
- We believe that the homeowner is the CEO and the contractor is the COO of every project. The homeowner carries the vision and direction while the contractor ensures the proper systems and processes are carried out to get to the desired end result.
- We believe the construction process is and should be enjoyable for everyone involved. That is of course why we chose this profession; because we enjoy it.
- We believe that if you don't have enough time, money and resources to do the job right the first time, then you definitely don't have enough time, money and resources to do it right the second time. We believe in high quality and doing the job right the first time.
